Repairs
If like us you love your pinball’s then its devastating when they go wrong.
We know a little and can attempt some repairs, but most are probably beyond us, especially when it comes to the PCB boards.
We’ve been asked by a couple of people if we know of anyone who does repairs and have started to assemble a list of reliable guys who have worked in the business for many years, come highly recommended and have the technical knowledge to get you pinball machine back up and running.
Barry Parsons
Barry has been repairing pinball machines for around 20 years and has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge during this time,

Keith has been repairing and restoring pinball's on and off for over 20 yrs now. He has a great knowledge base and is a wizard at repairing damaged boards.

Moving Your Pinball
Finding someone who will take as good a care of your machine as you would yourself is a hard task. National Carriers will treat you as another customer and usually require the pinball machine packed on a pallet for ease of transport. These are then stacked in a van with many other items and minimal care is taken of them. We know we have experienced this first hand and then try and claim on their insurance for damage ... good luck.
Martin Palfreyman
Martin runs a delivery and collection service that spans the whole of the UK and is second to none. It's a family run business with family values.
Once your machine is picked up, it is wrapped in blankets and then securely stored before the van is moved.
Delivery of your machine is by prior arrangement, the machine will be delivered to your property and provided access is reasonable the machine will be actually be taken into the property. National firms will usually only deliver to the door step and no further, leaving the unpacking to be done out in the open and at the mercy of the elements.
